VehicleRoad — Refund Policy

1. Overview
At VehicleRoad, once you place an order, a report is delivered to you. If you find any issue with the report or service, you may request a refund/adjustment subject to the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests are only considered in case of a valid complaint (incorrect report, incomplete service, or technical error).
- A complaint must be submitted to our support team via email or through the “Report an Issue” form on our website.
- The request must include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting documents/screenshots (if applicable).
3. Review Process
- Complaints are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
- During the review, we may request additional information from the customer.
- The final decision (approved, partially approved, or rejected) will be communicated via email.
4. Refund Amount & Timelines
Processing Fee (applies to all refunds): A 20% processing fee will always be deducted from the original order amount.
Within 15 Days (from delivery date):
Refund = Full order amount − 20% processing fee.
Example: Order $100 → refund = $100 − $20 = $80.
Between 16–30 Days (from delivery date):
Refund = 50% of original order amount − 20% processing fee (on original order amount).
Example: Order $100 → 50% = $50; processing fee → refund = $50.
After 30 Days:
No refund will be provided.
Quick Summary:
0–15 days: refund = original − 20%
16–30 days: refund = 50% of original − 20% of original
31+ days: no refund
5. Refund Method & Processing Time
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or card).
- Processing usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exceptions & Disputes
- If our team identifies an error caused by us, the processing fee may be waived (case-by-case basis).
- Customers may appeal a refund decision within 14 days of notification for a final review.
- Fraudulent claims or misuse will result in automatic rejection of refund.
7. Terms Acceptance
By placing an order on VehicleRoad, you agree to this refund policy.
VehicleRoad reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
